Since UW is down I've lost my weight loss journal and my vow renewal journal *sigh* so now I must start anew! I will probably have more than a few posts of both in this journal, but to save you the boredom of reading them (if you are uninterested) I will put them under cuts so you don't have to read the whole thing! (My apologies if I have a billion entries one day, and none the next few!)
I gained 5 pounds on vacation *sigh* but I am working, slowly on losing it! 2 weeks with eating out and not exercising did it... I'm mad at myself though because I was doing so great for a month! (I lost 13 pounds in my first month of weight loss, by counting calories and exercising.) So now I just have to get back on track!! I also need to get re-addicted to 3FC because the ladies at that site were VERY supportive!
My new goal for the next month or so (By Oct 1) is to lose the rest of my vacation weight, and then lose another 7 pounds to hit 20 total!! I'm moving in small steps, just losing healthily, but steadily!
I want to look into curves, or maybe weight watchers! Since Ryan will be gone I think I need all the help I can get *lol*!!! I stopped my gym membership because I just can't afford it, and to use they gym at the school you need to take a 5 credit P.E./Instruction class, and I can't afford that either (nor do I want to do it!)!!
